The first part of this 8-hour series will journey toward self-development. The course begins with an opportunity to take inventory of interpersonal effectiveness, which entails understanding yourself and improving self-management skills, such as time-management and stress management. This course further helps the learner know him or herself which will help lead to increased personal and professional success and satisfaction; verbal and non-verbal communication skills will be explored, diversity in the workplace and how to conduct persuasive communication.
