This course continues the journey from part 1 by discussing the recruitment and selection process, and the employee performance appraisal process. The courses focuses on the pre-employment process as defined by California State labor standards. There will be a strong emphasis on conducting background investigations and the hiring processes. Part 2 may be taken independent of Part 1.

For over 9 years, Dr. Mora has served as a full-time professor at Fresno Pacific University in the School of Business. Dr. Mora possesses a a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Behavior and is a practicing organizational psychologist.
