This four (4) hour course is the second part of a 2-part program. The emphasis of Part 2 is to explore the diagnostic process of Organizational Development (OD). The process and meaning of diagnosis will be reviewed and the applicable performance gap; we will also explore various diagnostic and analytical models; determine what is analysis of data and definition of objectives. An emphasis will also be placed on the implementation of a program and evaluation of data collection effectiveness; will review the red flags in the diagnosis process. Identify key concepts and key words and application of skills from simulation practices and case study. This course may be taken independently of Part 1.
