This four (4) hour course is one of a two part program. The emphasis of this course is to study the role and style of the organizational developer in the organization, either as an internal or external consultant. In this part, the course will explore the change agent’s role in and for the organization; the role and style of the OD consultant will be identified; the intervention and process, skills and activities of the OD application; formalization of operating ground rules, relationship modes; formation of the client consultant relationship and identifiable red flags; OD skills and simulations will be practiced and case study explored.
